Daily Rates include:

  • Services of licensed Professional Hunters, Trackers, Skinners, Camp staff and Hunting Vehicle.
  • Accommodation within the Hunting Areas for the duration of your stay.
  • All meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
  • Daily laundry service.
  • Field preparation of trophies.
  • Transportation of your trophies to a taxidermist.

Daily Rates exclude:

  • Trophy fees of all animals hunted or confirmed wounded and lost.
  • Accommodation before and after the contracted hunting period.
    (Example: If you have to stay over in a Hotel before or after your hunt.)
  • Dipping, packing and shipping of your trophies to their final destination.
  • Commercial and Air-Charter flights between hunting areas and airport taxes.
  • Any Medical expenses.
  • Any special permit costs excluded.
  • Gratuities to Professional Hunters and Staff.
  • Rifle Hire at $30 / €25 per day, $5 / €4 per bullet.
  • Ground transportation to and from airports once-off: Johannesburg @ $250 / €215 per person, Kimberley @ $180 / €160 per person
  • Government Value added tax on the daily rate, currently at 15%.
